Rosie Santiago

Rosie joined The Ortho Remedy team in 1991. Besides her duties as Administrative Assistant, Rosie takes care of all dealings and negotiations with the insurance carriers. She arranges for prior approvals, obtains Certificates of Medical Necessity, and researches each patient’s insurance policy to help ensure that the patient receives the maximum benefit to which he/she is entitled.
