Rosie worked for the corporate world for over 17 years, traveling in and out of New York City all week long. She eventually hoped to find a position closer to home in order to be near her family. Her goal was to work for a close-knit company that would feel like a family away from home. Rosie succeeded in both as she has been with The Ortho Remedy since 1991. Rosie is the person that you will most likely speak to first, upon calling The Ortho Remedy family. Her warm and attentive manner will set the tone for a relaxed and caring introduction to all the products and services offered. Rosie will gladly address any questions or concerns that you may have. She will help you finalize all arrangements while ensuring speedy access to all necessary services. As one of The Ortho Remedy’s experts in negotiating with insurance companies, Rosie will research your policy and ensure that you receive the maximum benefit to which you are entitled. She quickly arranges prior approvals and Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMN’s) and will carefully guide you through the entire process. With her welcoming manner, Rosie will always make you feel at home.
